Time to say goodbye
Unfortunately it has come time to say goodbye to my D3 I can no longer justify the cost and as my brother is struggling to get in it with his mobility problems I have to let it go. It'll be hard to let her go but needs must.Chris
Sadly D3 gone

A great shame indeed, but it sounds like the right decision
Good luck in the future car ownership world Iggy/Ieuan

I always enjoyed the banter and help provided and will try to take part more than I did. And you never know I might just be back with another Disco in the future. Chris

Well yesterday was a sad day as I was finally able to say goodbye to my D3. Hope the new owners take care of it as I always did. Now have this as it suits our needs a bit better
Maybe not as good as D3 but it's quicker and more economical.Chris
Great cars,I have a ford Galaxy ( very similar to your S Max)which is coming up on 5 years old and has now done 285,000 miles. It has been serviced at every 10.000 and is without doubt the best work car I have owned. You will love it

It's a very respectable choice and hope it serves you well 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
2015 - 2017: 2 x D4
2017 to date: FFRR SDV8
2023 to date: 2 x FL2 as “second” cars 🙄

They are good cars just lack the soul of a LR.
Mark how the hell did you get that picture without any Discos or RR's in it I thought they bred down there there's that many Stephen

I've had the S max since the 1st September and is a very good car. It's the titanium sport version so has lots of toys, I do love it but it was still difficult to let my D3 go especially for £5k. The Disco is a special beast. And this forum is second to none and full of passionate owners. Chris
