Telephone System fault

Telephone System fault

(Not sure if this is the right place for this post)

I've been using my phone via bluetooth for the past few months without a problem.
Last week the audio, both on mic and speaker, have stopped working.
Apart from that all still seems to function but I can't hear or talk during a call.

Switched phones last night to find the same problem

Anyone got any ideas?
