Cv axle?? Loud when raised

Hey all, Im running rods all time with 32.6" tyres. Now im having a loud clicking noise when i put the vehicle in off road mode when accelerating from stop steering straight and a bit louder when i steer a bit to the left. I had the cv joint greased and resealed since the guy said it was punctured and a bit dry but still fine (500km ago). Any thoughts? Sound didnt change at all.
