| Changing interior Trim on a D4 |

Having just bought a 2014 D4 HSE, love it to bits, however the wife is not keen on the wooden interior trim.
Although not as nice as my wood on my EELL, im not particularly fussed.
But to show a reasonable effort I would like to investigate replacing the wood with something a little more modern - either the gloss piano black or the carbon fibre.
Just wondered if anyone on here did it as a hobby or could point me in the right direction.

Remove trim, take to spray shop and have it sprayed 
£150 or less, job done
