Removing / Painting corners and flares

Has anyone removed and painted their plastic corners and fender flares? If so, does anyone have have a scan or electronic schematic for their removal?

front bumper removal

Hi mate, any chance of sending me the docs on front bumper removal - I want to retro fit front fogs and it's the only thing holding me back !! "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."
