My one is very much the same...temperamental!!
Plug in 3.5mm jack in to aux port in the second row of seats in the centre. Try pressing top lights above centre consul in front to get sound. Try it with aux plugged and unplugged. Works for me, but light bulb was removed as I would have to have it on everytime my little one is watching minions at the back = always!!

Have you got radio/cd sound in headphones or completely nothing? Disco 3 HSE (55) - gone

Hi mate not had my disco back yet been in the garage since the other day had a suspension fault whilst on the motorway had all the suspension lower and stuff but it's under warranty so there sorting it something about steering sensor there reckon but gotta pick the beast back up at 10 am tomorrow and over the weekend I'm gonna have a good look around and try and sort this DVD player out Very Happy

Issue resolved I brought 3 pairs of wireless headphones lol
Couldn't get to the bottom of it so I took the easy option
