Well after over 5 yrs of faithful service, it's with a heavy heart I have decided to change my D3.
I'll add pictures after a clean up as it's just returned from 3 weeks in France, I need to clean the inside and hoover up the sand
I will be removing things like my Prospeed rack and ladder etc, but many "extras" will be left in if I get my asking price, otherwise I'll start to strip it back to standard, so vultures hold off.
6 speed Auto, currently 146k miles, gets light use, so this will not climb too much
Low tax bracket so £260 a year if I recall correctly
New torque converter fitted 25k ago with metal sump and serviceable filter
BAS remap (will come with remap controller / fault code reader)
Full LR sat nav , unlocked for nav on the move and 4x4 info, 3 flash update, clock on the dash etc have all been done
D4 Bluetooth unit with steering wheel controls
Full tints, limo rear and boot, 80% rear doors
Heated cloth seats front and rear, drivers seat has just had new foams put in
6CD Harmon Kardon audio, with additional ACM module, for iPod connection, controlled from steering wheel
D4 steering wheel with BBS Flappy paddle conversion
Black D4 insert grille , black wing vent
Auto lights , auto wipers
Detango Xenons with corner lights and up rated bulbs, D4 rear lights, light guards front and rear
V8 brakes all round, just had new Discs ,Pads and handbrake shoes for MoT all landrover , EPD module was stripped cleaned and rebuilt at the same time.
New Varta battery, alternator has been replaced, as has the in tank fuel lift pump (2months ago)
AMK compressor with updated software
Side steps will stay, they are getting tired but are still functional
Private plate will be removed, here's a pic to wet your appetite
There's going to be bits on it that I can't recall off the top of my head so will update as things come to me
A nice straight car, that has served me well and has many a mile left in it, it's just about run in and doesn't miss a beat
