My point was that after a week of driving it I managed to avoid hitting them by accident, you just get used to where they are Laughing Thumbs Up

Nobody know how make that command shift works only in S mode?

I have read in polish version manual it is possible from Instrument Panel Menu using Service Menu. But in my car MY 2016 I don't have this option and my dealer tell me that it is impossible...

I'm a few months in and still keep catching them by mistake... not as irritating as the silly knob though. Still hate that when parallel parking - it's sooooooo sloooooow looking down all the time!

Me too... Embarassed between the eco turning the engine off as I'm about to reverse and me twisting the knob into park instead of drive! I still have to look at what I'm doing.... it's taking longer than I thought to retrain my brain after 30 years of having a gear stick!!

I'd only had the car a couple of days when I hit the paddle in error... thought I was going to have to take it back to the dealer with a gear box problem, then realised what I had done. Rolling Eyes

I'm OK now I know to avoid hitting the paddles, but the bloody eco mode kicking it too early is a right pain. As you say, you pull up to back into a space, and the engine stops. ARGGGGGGG

Annoyed me to begin with, put taking your foot off the brake it will start again as long as you haven't opened the door.

I still unfortunately hit the paddles, usually when I'm pulling away and only realised I've engaged it when the engine noise makes me wince.

Is there no way of disabling them as they get used once in a blue moon Question
