I recently sent this gentleman $20,000 and he was going to send me $40 million back.
As the ex-Government Oil Minister I'd expect him to honour it as soon as he gets out of jail,but I suspect I'm going to have to visit my local Citizens Advice Bureau....terrible start to a new week for me......
