Some of my Tong photos
After a brilliant weekend, I looked trhough the cameras and discovered that I had taken a grand total of more than 300 photos.. obviously I couldn't drown the forum and gallery with all of them so I have uploaded a hand chosen few.
And just to prove it, here are some of ours - our D3 has gone from road-runner to mud plugger, hill climber and descender, rock crawler, lake swimmer and motorway cruiser all in one weekend...
Storming the quaint English countryside:
The drop:
Hill climb:
Puddle swim:
Rock crawl:
Lake swim:
Muddy (at last!!):

Yes - right through it 8)
Much to the panic of us all when water came up over the bonnet (as the photos of BCBs above) and the D3 starting beeping and donging like crazy! Seems to still be working though...
In fact, did anybody get a photo of us crossing the lake? Would love to see that

Cool Pic's CY
Bobby(the U-boat captain)crispbox, Dive, Dive, Dive You do know it’s a raised air intake and not a periscope. Brute force and ignorance, the D3 does the rest.

Requests
I have a few requests for photos to add to the collection - just thought some people might have them taken them as there were camera flashes going off everywhere
1) Any photos of us driving through the big lake near the end?
2) Any photos of me driving 10forcashs D3? (I think his son took a couple from inside - doubt there are any more though)
Any other ones in good posing positions also would be excellent!

He really enjoyed it, and certainly made the most of it (did the rock crawl as well as the lake crossing! ) which I was pretty impressed with seeing as he'd never been off road before. It's also been good for my battle in convincing him not to get rid of the D3 at the end-of-company-car date which is coming up very soon, but he did say in the car on the way home that he's "still not sure it's the best car for all the motorway cruising" (he travels a lot for work)... how to I convince him otherwise?
Still, really enjoyed it and looks forward to the 'next time', and found all the members very helpful and friendly.
It's still muddy - looks great like that!! Sitting in the airport car park for a week though...
Ronp - just brightening them up then I'll upload them 2007 Porsche Boxster (987) 2.7

Ronp's D3 'The Beast'
Higher resolution copies are in my Gallery.
I've had to reduce the quality quite significantly (they were originally about 3MB in size) to upload them - so if you want the full res. copies then PM me your e-mail addy 2007 Porsche Boxster (987) 2.7

Not too bling, just purposeful IMO. I like the front bumper, is it a silver one or has it been part painted?2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto
