Got up to £7k to spend on a D3, pref Auto but I realise I am at the begging end of the market.

Will need to see some recent history too please.

Managed that challenge recently, involved a lot of phone calls to the original dealer to track down history, and a lot of digging around in wiring to fix a busted sat nav.

Ended up with an 05 hse for not a million miles from the price you suggest. After a few months of looking i can say they are out there but be prepared to put some effort in.

We bought an 05 S with 100-odd thousand miles for £5,500. Admittedly, it did need a bit of work, but anything at the lower end of the market is bound to need some remedial work Thumbs Up My D3 Build Thread
