After some help. I was wondering if anyone here has bought or fitted the hel brake hose kit to their d3 and if they have had any issues as I seem to be having some fit ment issues with themcurrent

Yes I have fitted the complete set to my D3. They've been on for a good while now without any issues.

Have a look in my gallery, in "Brake Hose", maybe something in there that will help.

Hi, I've had them fitted with Brembo brakes for a while. No issues and perform well. The blocks work fine, I'll take some pictures later if I get chance.D4 2016 Landmark, Waitomo Grey.

It would be appreciated as it's the blicks that are causing me the headache at the minute. I could fabricate something but there should be no reason to do so with an off the shelf kit.current

Not sure what you are referring to by "blocks" and "arms"? But the 90deg angle that fits under the upper front arm is no problem at all. It just bolts in. But as you can see from my pictures, I manufactured a 90deg bracket for knuckle arm, as I wasn't happy with the angle.
Hi guys, the flexible brakes hoses on mine are due this year. What advantages do these braided hoses proport to have over OEM hoses?LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
They offer better transmission of the pedal / fluid pressure to the caliper, the braided wrap reduces swelling of the pipe and pressure loss, they also offer better abrasion resistance to external factors.
That and they look pretty cool to, makes you think you have a race car

Mine could do with being changed too, I might go down the hel route also. I've just noticed you receive lifetime warranty with them, I'm not sure what it covers though.

I think I'm going the hel route just to compliment my brembos that are waiting fitment, along with a mountain of other stuff
I gave seen a couple of other brands that are available but I don't know if they offer a lifetime warranty .You're not afraid of the dark are you ?

Hmmm, that's interesting. These are my HEL brake lines when I bought and fitted them. A completely different design. I don't have the "block" so no wonder I was confused.
