air suspension

2012 disco 4 now on 4 occasions my car has been in access mode and taken 10 mins to level out at off road height but land rover wont do anything as there is no error code being created anyone any ideas my partner is disabled fronthe army and needs to access the car at the lowest position but then not knowing if the car will lift is a serious worry and land rover just dont care .
