Sounds like it's on its bump stops.
What's the actual height at?

If it's defiantly not all the way down, it might just need a height calibration. What does the display say, which height mode is it in.?
What car is it?

Height looks OK to me. It sounds like youve got a different problem, the car thinks it's grounding when it isn't.

Front looks lower than the rear.
Do you have a good jack to lift the car. Lift it as high as you can at one side/wheel and then if you start it it will think it is grounded and go to extended mode. Then take the jack down and away it should stay at extended mode. Then you can re-set it to normal and see what it does.
If it was me I'd do that just to see what happens. Also measure the distance from the centre of the wheel to the apex of the wheel arch.

Hello, do you mean lift one corner so wheel don't touch the ground and then start the engine?

Yes, lift it as if you were taking a wheel off. And then start engine, in neutral! A message should say something like, 'extended mode, clear obstruction and re-set suspension'. (I can't remember the exact message) and the suspension will rise another inch or so.
Lower the jack and move the vehicle forward or back a little.
Then see if any messages and look and see if it looks higher and is level.
Then select normal height and see what happens. Check levels etc.
Raise to off-road height first before jacking up.

Just move the suspension button to normal height.
Did it rise further than off-road height?
Did it look like all 4 struts were fully extended/higher than off-road?
When you select access mode does it drop right down?
