AIR CON
HI guys would like some help please as this is doing my nut in now
went to have my air con regased a while back worked fine for a bout 4 hours and slowly became warm
I found the issue it was the common rad fault on lower left side so I have replaced this had it regassed and now it wont work a all
this thing is driving me round the bend now all I want is air con !!!
when I press the air con button there is a voltage and engine rpm drop but no click to from the compressor clutch
I was working fine before I swopped the rad
any help or advise would be great thanks

Theres no clutch like old motors, its a variable displacement compressor (google it very interesting) so it runs all the time even when you switch it to eco mode.

Is there still gas in it?
Did it work after they gassed it up?
Are the pipes to the compressor getting cold?
Maybe a fault code has been set in one of the ecus and its sulking?

Yeah it's full on gas and holding pressure
None of the pipes are going cold
I don't have a fault code reader to check

Fuse?
Faulty pressure switch or wiring to/from pressure switch.

Checked fuse behind glove box that's ok
Is there a way I could test the pressure sensor or will I need a fault code reader for that
