RLD, service way beyond brilliant
Many thanks to Ray for my new RLD wheel protector, he was coming to Scotland anyway, but drove a fair distance out of his way to hand deliver to my house, as I had gone south today and couldn't meet him.
It is of course a great looking bit of kit and great quality, I'm assuming it is self explanitary how it fits (MY 16 is different to earlier), haven't had a chance to look yet.
Many many thanks Ray, you are part of what makes this forum so good. Joined the BMWX5 45e group

Completely agree with you. Ray went out of his way to help me out as well. I wouldn't of expected that from anyone or any company but it just goes to show his commitment to his first class work and good old fashioned kindness that you don't see everyday. Thanks again Ray!
I will without doubt be purchasing more goodies from RLD rather than other options because of the reasons above.

And the fact we all still have our spare wheels means it does exactly what it says on the tin

You will get an answer to your PM as soon as Ray sees it, Ray is one of the most genuine members on this forum and I've lost count of the times he has gone out of his way to help Cheers Ian
