Ebay - first time user
So on the 22nd April I ordered a sump guard for my Discovery 4 from Ebay. Its coming Economy Int'l Postage. (not sure what that means but at 75 pounds i hope its reliable)
Since its my first Ebay purchase of this size Im getting a nervous feeling about whether I will actually get the sump guard or not and when, so I messaged the seller twice in the last 5 days to see if I could get a tracking number with no reply. What recourse do I have if I never get the sump guard?
I must add that I was quoted 10 to 14 days for delivery and the seller has got a 100% feedback score from 111 people so its perhaps a little early and unreasonable to panic.

Give the seller the amount of time stated...up to 14 days.
After that you can Contact the seller...and you can say that you have not received it.
Although most seller email you a tracking number...
You have to give them a chance to resolve the matter etc...
Fingers crossed its just delayed - we've just had a bank holiday which delays things being posted/couriered...

Only 6 working days have elapsed since you purchased the sump guard, so i would give them quite a bit more time to deliver the item.
If it is still not delivered after their estimated delivery time has been exhausted then contact e-bay and let them deal with it.....you should be safe either way.Discovery 4 HSE SDV6

Thank you for the replies. I am probably being paranoid but had to ask the question.
I didnt realise delivery was counted in working days. So thank you for that and then i am being very paranoid.
I paid through Ebay using my credit card.
I think I am more paranoid about the South African postal service than a dishonest seller. If its a courier then I would be happier. What is Economy Int'l Postage?
Thanks again for the replies and please excuse the beginner paranoia.

Thanks all for the replies. I got a response from the seller who seems like a good person. (Don't know if male or female) just hope the postal service here don't lose it.

Economy also means it will go by land as much as possible. Planes are expensive.

It's probably coming from China but I've found the Chinese to be pretty good at this sort of thing and have good customer service.
