Robert Peston - appalling political commentator?
Robert Peston is an appalling ITV political journalist. His hair flicks, his hand gestures, his pauses, the way he elongates words and best of all his lack of political knowledge.
I seriously can't watch the man come the new on ITV and switch channels. Am I alone in this? Surely ITV Chiefs must see their mistake and sack him or is my view jaundice?

I liked his comments a lot when he worked for the BBC but since the death of his wife and the move to ITV he is a changed man. ITV seem to want to jazz him up, if that's the right word, but it won't work.
They've obviously promised him much ore screen time that when he was at the BBC.

Funny, I was saying to my wife last night after the debate that I cannot stand him, his voice and the way he ---- leaves----gaps--------when he----talks meant I had totally lost what he was trying to explain to meTLO has left the building.......

I like him....OK his style is not the conventional nor does he use "BBC Pronunciation" but he generally conveys the story well IMO.
