The F@#K*&^ GPS entry on the move patch |
|
I remember seeing posts about dealers that had managed to do the patch locally on a 2006 , but can't find anything . If anyone has details of the dealer it was done at , and preferably a contact person I will be most
I need to get it to the local coconut in Midrand , because even with a copy of the TSB they still can't figure it out

There was a IDS DVD107 patch to correct the 'nav on the move' programming, apparently it wasn't always successful All dealers should now be using DVD108 by now anyway

TFC - you would laugh if you saw it with your own eyes - maybe I need to take a video next time I sneak into the workshop, but sometimes the guys can't even get the damn computer talking to the interface, 'cos someone unplugged the USB cable, and they don't know which one to plug it back into, so how much hope we have of getting them to correctly install a patch, I don't know

1791 code works for me - it's free and can be entered on the move on my 05MY, - very handy last weekend trying to avoid the southern France traffic chaos! Some say the glass is half full. Others that it is half empty. I say 'Are you drinking that?"
