D3 is on SORN due to several factors, however, I’ve been looking at getting it the semi restoration it needs to be road legal again.
The sills and arch lip/sides are needing replaced/repaired due to rust issues.
I’ve seen outer sills for £149 a side, is there an inner sill section available just in case.
Also for rear arches, they have rust on them, where the arch trim would once have been and also the flat surface that the door closes onto.
Is there sections for that or is it going to be a fabrication effort on them?

Hi,
I'm in a similar boat so would be interested in the replies. I will probably need my rear cross member replacing too, but I managed to get a new one on ebay for £80. So that's there waiting to be fitted! Discovery 4 GS 2009 Auto Stornoway Grey

If all else fails head over to see DM in Dundee and cut the ones you need out of the D3 he's breaking with an angle grinder  I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!
