I'm not exactly which clips you mean but these are the clips I use when I'm disassembling my car FYC500040

Lift up the sill trim and the black plastic support under, and see if the originals are lodged amongst the cable bundle in the sill. Found all of mine there ...... not a bad idea to check as they could cut the cable insulation over time, especially on the corrugated roads we drive on.

I've just found most of mine missing, how do you lift that panel to access the cables and possible missing clips?

Will have to remove side kick plate first then pull up the black cover up from the front. Will be fixed by a white plastic trim clip at the front and from memory another one beside the seat. I didn't remove the black cover completely, just lifted/twisted it up enough from the front to find the clips. A trim tool helps to reinsert the white plastic trim clips back.
Spread/open the metal clips before inserting as the act of clipping down the top scuff plate will push them back down if you're not careful.
