I am not sure whether to believe them or not, but when speaking to my dealer last Friday, they mentioned stopping taking orders in June.Andy

As early as June? Blimey!
Is it possible to at least reserve a production slot? It'd be a disaster to miss out 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

I'm not sure how true that date is and they were trying to push me towards an already built car anyway.
In my case when I told them I only wanted the almond interior with the alleged wood trim, the list of over 100 available cars dropped to 6.
The deal offered was very poor and he didn't seem that interested or surprised when I said no, although he did call yesterday and left a message that I should consider a nearly new one or a demonstrator, but I haven't bothered to call back as a used one will come with a higher finance rate, no doubt making the deal even worse.Andy

The Discovery will arise, re-borne, as the "Leisure" brand for LR. Yuck! Buy a respectable one, while you still can 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

That's a shame; they beat everyone out of sight when I bought mine last year. Maybe they're much more aggressive when it's new business, rather than upgrade?2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

They said I was being given £2,250 from them and Land Rover and clearing the finance on mine, but it means mine is only being valued at about £300 over the the £13,500ish outstanding, plus the £2,250 discount, so didn't seem great, especially when Volvo offered £16,000 for it 2 months ago, with an £11,000 discount on the car.Andy

The June date is pretty accurate given that Dealers will now when the final Discovery is due to go down the line at Solihull

Worth noting that the available options for both the Graphite and Landmark are drying up. For example, you can no longer spec the heating steering wheel or electric seats for the Graphite, and you can't spec the elec diff for the Landmark.
Writing is on the wall - best order now if you want a D4.

Spoke to a guy at Jag/LR who works on panel line production and he says the new LR D5 panels are a way off June yet. Believe who you will but there'll be 2016 and a half D4s around for a while yet....

Very nearly, although it was one of the last XC70s and I get discounts on Volvos for being a member of the RYA and also the IAM Andy

Put a deposit down now whilst discounts are available on a Landmark if that's what you want.
Funds are only needed upon delivery.
There's not going to much difference in a few years time for the value of a June rather than August registered truck.
Just my opinion
