I dont think they do. The white label on that tyre in the pic says 295/40x20.

The code on the label (1593200) definitely refers to the 295/40 R20 tyres (it also looks like they've photoshopped the size onto the label too).

According to this website though, both sizes are available:

Pirelli - 295/40 R20 [106W] - Scorpion Zero £ 170.38 (link)

Pirelli - 295/45 R20 [110V] - Scorpion Zero £ 152.16 (link)

Or try Mytyres.co.uk

295/40 ZR20 - Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico 106Y £136.50 inc P&P
295/45 ZR20 - Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico 110V £119.10 inc P&P

My local garage only charges £8 per tyre for fitting.

Never had a problem with mytyres either.

I may have been exaggerating a bit there (I loose my teeth on that road anyway on 19s!), but pretty much, yes. You've got less rubber and air between the road and the wheel and bumps will be worse. When I've driven D3s with 17" wheels, the difference on bad roads and gravel tracks is very noticable. Might be worth sending BarryG a PM to get an Irish opinion on 20s, especially if you're going to be doing a bit of travelling on back roads, etc. If you intend on doing any offroading, even wet grass fields, you'll end up damaging the 20s as well.
