Ram Mount Info Appreciated

Finally fitted Uncle Ray's magic ball. Sussed I need the 10-Inch Tablet X-Grip (RAM-HOL-UN9U), just wondered what length double socket arm people are using for mounting from the passenger seat base.

Any help appreciated.

RLD 1 1/2" ball bolted to front of inner seat rail. iPad with Otterbox case so far.
Been a bit lax in getting this sorted. Still on hunt for shed key btw

I'm sure it's one of these i need, Del sent me some info a while back but I've mislaid it.

iPad holder at the end, i used it with my ipad 1 and the ipad 4 (with a bit of padding), will get the proper links for the middle bits after dinner that SWMBO's dishing out

I am looking for alternative mounts for a 7" GPS or a tablet. The solution in this thread looks interesting. Where do I find Uncle Ray's magic ball? Tried to Google it and found nothing...or at least nothing that could be bolted to the car. Possibly I am also now blind... Rolling with laughter
