Having found a replacement door from a breakers yard recently, I need to get around to getting it fitted (found someone to help already thanks to Kingmav66) but before I do, I need to remove the non-tinted glass from the replacement door and swap it for the tinted glass from my old door.
Does anyone have any tips on how to do this please?

I did mine when I swapped the rear door over, same issue of not having tinted on the donor door. I'll ping over the instructions when I get a couple of mins, it's actually pretty straightforward.
Changed a front door today, that's a bit trickier, but youll be fine.Bodsys Brake Bible
Cheers for that. Got a feeling the door is going to have to be replaced before the MOT, not sure it'll pass otherwise as you can't open it from the outside!Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets! I did exactly the same on my NSR - only difference was I had to take out the tinted to replace it with my plain glass.
IIRC the main pane of glass is easy - just a straight forward job. Taking out and refitting the quarter light wasn't difficult but required a bit more patience and a tempering of the brute force method.
I'll see if I've kept any of the notes I had and, like Ian, pop them on here for you.
EDIT - IIRC I used this post as a starter to get a rough idea of things
