Timed/remote climate - might sound like a daft question.....

Hi fitted thanks to Bodsy and GAP and their IID tool. However, whilst I have my new screen etc is there an easy way to test this is all working in the current warmish weather which is neither proper cold or proper hot. I'm sure there must be or do I just set it this eve and see what happens tomorrow am/try the remote late this eve when the temp drops? I should add my car has the temp sensor issue despite me asking the dealer to apply the fix....of course they didn't and claim to be the UKs largest dealer! Cheers Adrian

Just press the remote button when the temp is below 15 degrees. It will fire up the fans first, then it will make the auto button flash orange when the FBH starts to fire up. Thumbs Up

It did. Hooray (and thx for the bits supplied). Guess what I'll be trying tomorrow am. Does the 3 degree temp sensor issue mean below 18 for me (until fixed)? I assume so and have asked a second dealer if they know of this issue and the patch needed.

I#'ve just fitted the remote for the FBH - thanks Bodsy - and the FBH makes a lot of noise, the auto button flashes and the FBH exhaust gets hot (I think my hand will heal soon...). But. No hot air into the cabin. The FBH also fires up for 3 or 4 minutes and I was hoping for longer. Any ideas? Can't find any clues on the forum.
