I recently had my towing mirror smashed off by an oncoming vehicle. The glass was to the "latest EU standard" and has completely disintegrated to a fine very sharp powder. Unfortunately some of this has embedded into the paintwork and won't come back out.
So far I've tried a soft brush, and a pressure washer but to no effect. Were I to wipe it there would be a myriad of scratches. Can anyone recommend a way to dislodge this stuff?A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. I'd be tempted to try a clay bar, Halfrauds sell the Meguiars kit, not cheap but worth it.
That's a good idea! Plasticene and Blu-Tac are similar and a lot cheaper as all I want is to pull out the glass grains.A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill.
