As LR insist that this is a separate issue to the External Temperature issue, I thought lets start a new thread and poll to provide feedback and collect comments specifically for this issue and hope it helps get it acknowledged and resolved sooner.
Please only complete the poll if you have a MY15/16 D4 - the issue is question is that the HVAC seems to work fine and heat the cabin initially but after 10-miles or so starts blowing cold air and needs the temperature setting turned up by 3-6 degrees above the normal temperature set in previous MY vehicles.
I'm assuming that Ryan already has the details for all the affected vehicles, because they generally seem to be the same as those affected by the external temperature issue - but maybe he can confirm this.
Edited to open it to MY15 as well as MY16LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Would you be better off talking in terms of MY's rather than registration plates H ? 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
Certainly people with MY16's have been complaining about this issue. I am reserving judgement for the moment as my 3 deg fix has only just been done.Volvo XC60 - does all that the D4 should have done

About time this was kicked off properly. 3c over read is, yes, a but of an annoyance but this sounds a right royal PITA and much more of an issue.

My16 Lux. Blows cold air up at the windscreen from cold start and doesn't stop. Have to turn it off and then set internal temperature to about 25 for it to get comfortable when engine is finally up to temperature. Even then sometimes it just sticks the blowers on full for no reason.
I've also PM'd Ryan and asked him to comment on the thread, at least to acknowledge their awareness of it LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Can we change the poll to include MY 15. Ours have a problem blowing cold air into the footwell - the dealers were supposed to deal with it at it's recent first service but the girl dealing with it didn't seem to know if anything had been done!!!!.

Thanks MrH, good idea to separate this issue
Er, yes... I can confirm that mine has this issue.
I can also confirm that I reported it to my dealer on 12 Dec 2015 by email, and that they, and LR technical are well aware of it, even though LRCS currently deny any knowledge.Long succession of Disco's since 2001...

Mine definitely isn't right. Compared to my previous cars I can't get a comfortable temperature nearly as easily. I used to set the temp at 23 and find it just right this car, I often have this one at 28 to get the cabin warmed up which was unheard of in previous cars.MY06 S - Gone but not forgotten

Ours is all over the place, just can't get a reasonable consistant temperature. Set at 24/25 and sometimes (for no obvious reason) starts to blow cold air...
When we've used the timed control on a cold day, it's been a wee bit disappointing - more tepid than 'cosy'...Communication is the breakfast of champions...
