I had some issues last year and Steve helped me with his perfect fast support. During the repairing process I had to send some stuff back. We were talking about costs and I told him that we will find a way to sort it out in an upcoming order.
Now, one year later I had already forgotten about it. But Steve didn't!!!!!
I am very surprised and have joy!
