Not impressed with Gordon Lamb "empty" invite
Hi,
had an invite from Gordon Lamb last night for their #Hibernot BBQ at Castleton
Thought "yes fancy that" so phoned up this morning to book a place
"Oh sorry all the places are full already" What only got the invite last night
They blamed some delay delivering emails via BT as sent Monday, saying a lot of people have only just received the invite.
Seems more like there inviting 100 peeps to 10 places so a lot of customers are going to be disappointed.
Not very good Customer Relations
They need to learn how to do a fazed invite and stop when the event is full
So when I bought the car they did not sort everything agreed to.
there service cost was to dear so went to another dealer
and now an "Empty" invite to an event
They are not doing very well in my eyes, not going to be rushing back to them.

To be fair BT & Virgin were down for some time so anyone else receiving the email from other providers would have had an advantage ....which perhaps Lamb had no control over because they may not have been aware 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I do appreciate it has to be "first come first served" and hope you have a good day RDR
we had hoped to take the dogs as well which is why its annoying
But it seems everything with Gordon Lambs has "issues"
and that's just not good customer relations ...Transit! 2019
