[Wanted] jack adaptor (not what you think)

Bit of a long shot but has any one got the adaptor that fits between the jack and handle from the D3 manual gearbox jack, it looks like a flat bar with a large washer welded for the handle to hook in to, looks like the picture below

here hoping,

no it is from the wind up bottle Jack supplied with the manual D3, I bought one quite some time ago as I wasn't happy with the scissor Jack but seem to have miss layed the adaptor, so before i explore the possibility of having somthing made i was looking to the forum in case there is one knocking about

Ah. I now see what you mean.

The wind up jack was intended to be worked with a long square bar handle with a loop at the human end where a wooden cross piece fitted to make a "T" handle. The jack end had a bulge and a spring loaded captive ball as a detent.

The thing you describe must be someones adaptor to convert to using the rod style handle from the scissor jack.

By the way - the failure of the wind up jack was quite spectacular! So I have a handle left that I can't use.

Had me confused (easily done Smile ) ... I thought it was a special jack for getting gearbox in/out. must need more coffee.
