Disco 3 GS Horn

Hi,
The horn on my GS model is about as much use as a shout!
There is only one unit, should there be two?
i.e. Low & High tone.
Thanks for any info.

Should be two, one visible behind the grille, and one more hidden, adjacent the N/S headlight & radiator:
