Hi
many season Greetings to all!!!
I have an issue with my CD player (single unit). It does not read any CD...I have cleaned it up using a cd laser lens cleaner but NO LUCK...
Based on you valuable experience what do you recommend??? (buying a used aftermarket one from ebay?? anything else)

I think that’s the “base” audio system so it can be replaced easily as it should not have a MOST bus throughout the vehicle. In that case an aftermarket stereo will probably give you most bang for the buck.

Ive found a used one part no VUX500430 (identical to mine) but missing the eject switch, i believe i can replace it easily (removing and installing the switch from my unit), right???
Also i'd like to ask whether other part nos (single cd units) could fit eg. VUX500520, VUX500560
