Who has had "bench" remap
Hi all,
As much as I love my D4, I can't help but think I want it remapped, as I did my D3 and it improved it no end both performance and economy if driven sensibly, however, I understand its still not possible to remap the SDV6 through diagnostics? So who has taken the plunge and had it done on the bench, and if so what are the implications of doing so?
Any help greatly received
Many Thanks

Only bench remaps available, but people are still trying to crack the OBD method.

I've had a BAS remap in my Puma since 2011, I cannot wait until he can do the same for the D4.
Unfortunately from ZA + our exchange rate, it is just not worth it to have a 2nd ECU just for a remap --

Get it done it's a simple job just need to take the back off the Ecu solder a wire or two to the boot pin from late 59 all vags and landys were amongst others were software protected until recently so tens of thousands have been done this way try Elite Remaps Leeds see if he has a dealer your way.
