Rear hub drive flange

Gents,

Quick question !

http://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/ruc500120...3816-p.asp

Can this be removed without taking the hub knuckle off ????

In addition, will the bearings need replaced at the same time ?

Short Answer is No,

Knuckle needs to be removed and the hub pressed out. Being careful not to damage backing plate. The bearing then needs to be pressed out to be replaced. Then new one pressed in followed by the hub.

Hope that helps

On an 05,I'd be tempted to be replacing the back plate anyway, when splitting the hub Thumbs Up
