discovery 3 hse 6cd radio not tuning in

Hi

Wondered if anyone can help, I have taken my disco to the local auto electricians as the radio wont tune in, it plays cd's ok still. The auto electrician said it is the head unit itself.
Does anyone have a second hand unit I can buy or anyone who can repair it.
