Got 15k miles out of half the tread on a set of 19"s with Pirelli Scorpion zeros on my last car at time of selling it. Couldn't say if they were quiet relative to other 19" tyres as never used any others on that car. On present car useing 17" wheels with Continental Contact 4X4 and looking at 29k miles from a set. Never noticed if they were quieter or noisier than the Pirellis. The 18" Pirellis that were on my present car (OK, Mrs DSL's car) were down to 5mm tread (half usable tread gone) at only 5k miles before I changed to the 17" Contis .

Just had some new tyres fitted earlier on this evening .....
and I love them already.
General Grabber UHP's 295/45/R20 114v.
They're so plush compared to the harsher ride on my Conti Cross Contact UHP's
But in fairness, maybe it's cos I've gone from a 40 to 45 profile.
And, the Grabbers do look more purposeful for a road tyre.

ps only paid £100 per tyre fully inclusive of vat, fitting etc. from my mate Devon.
...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

< ‘tis but a mere scratch …….. it’ll polish out.
