Can you Import your own Route/POI's into the D4 HDD SatNav?

Not yet got my D4, hoping to collect it Saturday if all goes to plan Mr. Green

As per the title I'd be interested in know whether you can import your own POI's into the D4 HDD SatNav system and if yes how?

By "import" I mean import a list of them rather than typing in each one manually

TIA Thumbs Up

No, that is not possible. If LR were to update the system with new POIs then this could be done at a dealer, but not custom POIs.

Thanks.

That's a shame.

Be interesting to see if anyone manages to work out a way to upgrade the HDD SatNav systems to the latest versions without a stealer Whistle

This is a real shame. I have a motorhome with a Kenwood system. I have loaded the Kenwood with speed camara locations, Caravan Club Locations, plus all manner of shops, museums and so on.
I am thinking of selling my MH and buying a caravan instead. This will be towed by either a new D4 or RRS (not decided yet). It will be a real backward step not to have custom POI's.
The speed cameras will be the real miss for me. I do however, have "Cameralert" on my iPhone so maybe I can use these alerts along with the limited LR sat nav system.

Thread revival. I could swear I remember someone say you could upload/import routes into the MY14 SatNav via USB, now that I have SWMBOs MY16 to play with I thought I'd try it and I'll be b Censored gered if I can find.

Anyone able to spread some light on this? I mean, am I loosing the plot (probably lost it ages ago Whistle ) or have they gone and removed that option again?
