Couldn't find anywhere that sold that flywheel locker tool (the one that meshes into the ring gear) for a reasonable rate. When I performed the job on my Sport I simply used the flywheel timing pin/locking tool. I wasn't sure it would stand up to the force without damaging itself or the flex plate, but it did fine.
I installed the front main seal by hand without the special tools. The main thing is to ensure the lip of the seal is uniformly in position the whole way around the seal, and not creased over in any places. I used a light smear of Loctite 515 around the outer edge of the seal to ensure it would remain in place.
You can try JLR but here in Australia they wanted something like $350 just for the flywheel meshing tool, which I was not prepared to pay.
I used the Britpart locking tools, which worked fine after I machined approximately 1mm off the largest diameter of the flywheel locking tool (for auto trans).2008 RRS TDV6 - Chawton White/Black/Lined Oak - 20's, h/k, sunroof - 350K KM.

I use the timing pins to lock the bottom end. Despite the abuse they have received, they show no signs of fatigue\stress\bending
