De tango

Good evening am thinking of doing this to my lights do they need a new seal when put back together or are they fine just thinking of them getting condensation ect

Hot air gun makes the sealant all gooey when pulling apart and resealing
Theres plenty of goi in the seals and they will go back together just fine without additional sealant
Just take your time when pulling the lens off the casing and all will be fine
Did mine 8 months ago no problems ....................................................................................................


If my wife ever sells my stuff for what she thinks I paid for them, you lot are gonna get some bargains!

Detango is yhe removal of the orange plastic lens to replace with wedge shaped orange mirrored bulbs
Dont think the orange plastic lens is available separately but maybe some one who has de tango the lights could give them to you? ....................................................................................................

I was talking about the outer lens. Mine were both cracked but I managed to find some people on here who had lenses. I used them to replace my cracked ones and de-tangoed at the same time.
