Air suspension noise

Hi guys
Been test driving a few disco3 s ,quick question:
When you raise the suspension up and down between the 3 settings should there be an audible "psssst" sound ,like lorry air brakes , or should it be silent ??
Thanks
Richard.

I used to hear that noise with my hitachi compressor when self levelling. With my amk it's more of an electrical noise. But all normal Thumbs Up

The pssst noise does go through a baffle but it is still noticeable. The one just after you have parked is affectionately known as the D3 fart.

Thumbs Up

I don't think I get a fart when it rises. Lynhay, whereabouts in Sussex are you. I am in Lindfield if you want to compare or discuss.
