LR3 HSE heated seats?
Hi guys,
My LR3 sleeps outside for the moment being and since it is getting a bit chilly these days, I looked for the heated seats switch this morning only to find out there was no switch.
As it turns out, I don't have heated seats in my LR3. I just assumed I did because it is a HSE version (2008) and never bothered to look a little bit closer before buying the car.
Any idea if the wiring for the heated seats is already in place (for both front and back seats)?

The switch is cunningly disguised.
When I first bought my car I couldn't find the heated seat switch, neither could the salesman.
Another helpful salesman was summoned. He pressed the centre of the temperature control knob, there is a heated seat icon there. Press once for full (2 lights) press again for cooler (1 light) and press again for off.

theanswers on this forum just completed hees install of HSE seats with all motors and memmory stuff, and heated seats.
Most of the wiring is allready present in your car. you need to get a new Hvac panel (below the radio), Go for partnumber JFC000656WUX if you do not have rear AC. You can buy a 2.nd hand one. No need for updating or anything.
If you remove the Hvac you have you should see 4 connectors there, I do not remember the color of the connectors but you see it. You need to make your own wiring loom.
