Do you have Rear AC in 2.nd row? Take a pic of what it looks like when you open the lid/door in the left side in the boot. Where the fuses are located. if you have rear ac the matrix is located behind there too. and :censored: loads of wires. might be some wires or some GND points got damaged.
take some pictures of the inside and post it.
I bet you have a reverse sensor fault too? Constant beep while in reverse gear?

I think parrafin23 meant open the boot and then remove the cover on the left just inside the boot (where the removable towbar is stored if you have one). In there is a fusebox and rear-aircon bits (if you have it fitted).
It's just in front of the rear left light cluster and might have been damaged by the impact. Looks like the outer LH rear parking sensor is dead - no great surprise given the state it's in.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Yep, that's what i meant.. Crushed sensor wiring and a smacked sensor. needs to be replaced.. the sensor housing needs replacing too. Seat fault, might come from the crash cause the seat moved perhaps a bit forward when it should not according to the electronics and then throws up this fault code. Rear Left indicator fault.. lamp cluster needs to be replaced, and the wiring from inside the car and threw the gromet. might be some damage there too. But only pictures will tell.
