Timed climate wasn't standard on a MY2010 HSE but it can be enabled with a Nanocom or IID tool and as Beanie says you can add a remote, receiver and aerial also if you wish Cheers Ian

So.. and forgive my ignorance... this timed climate allows me to set the car to warm up at a predetermined time in the morning... is that right?
Is this the same as a park fuel burner/heater? If so, does the car have everything else needed, just the software isnt activated? (Assuming I dont want the remote control aspect)?

Yes that's correct, the timed climate allows you to set the fbh to come on at a predetermined time, but it is a seven day system so you can set it to different times for each day
Yes the system uses the fuel burning heater to do this and everything is there for timed climate it only needs the software switching on
If you want remote heating you will need to add a remote, receiver and aerial and have that switched on also Cheers Ian
