D3 S "work in progress"

Saw a D3 S model light green in colour outside Mega Mica store at new Cedar Square yesterday morning. Had a neat LR snorkel fitted and rear bumper was off - looks like owner is busy fitting rear wheel carrier. LR Waterford sticker on the back

Anyone we know ?
