secondary turbo
had the new disco serviced today and have been advised that the underside of the secondary turbo was slightly moist with a little bit of oil.
banjo bolts were tight so been cleaned off and suggested to look again in a while
others had anything similar or should i just start saving now

Is it an early D4. There was issues with early D4s smoking and oil getting into turbo, was a bulletin for it and the warranty work.. Just a thoughtMY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Yeah shes 2010 and im aware of the tech bulletin but tbh dont notice any smoking at the moment will monitor MY05 SE D3 Manual my first LR what a car

Mine is the same, caused by insufficient oil drain capacity I think. Even if you're not getting smoke you'll probably find oil is passing into the intercooler, but it isn't a sign of impending turbo failure.
I recently carried out the oil drain LTB which has cured the smoke problem.Previously:
