Traxide not connecting batteries

If have the Traxide system installed for some time now. I recently found that the aux battery was only around half full (12.2v) after a very long journey. When I opened the bonnet if found the led on the isolator blinking, so its not connected. When I started the engine the led kept blinking but not in a normal regular way but sort of intermittent as if it was trying to connect but couldn't. Aux voltage at that stage still 12.2v while around 14v on the cranking battery.
Is there a way to reset the isolator as I think of it as a small computer or what could be the problem? Question

Tim at Traxide is very helpful if you ask. He repaired mine when it failed after 4 years. Bow down

Mine was intermittently not charging, a failing solder joint was the cause.

Hi Caver and Flack and a big thanks.

Hi viethson, this is just a suggestion, but is the thin earth wire coming from the isolator connected to a good earth?

BTW, do you have the SC80 or the USI-160?

Regards, Tim.
