I've just completed installation of a Mobius ActionCam on my LR4/D4. Instead of wiring into the fuse box as many do with the Blackvue installs, I picked up power from the mirror in the overhead. I have seen many people asking what wires to tap into in the overhead so I've documented my install in hopes it proves helpful.
MATERIAL
Mobius ActionCam
Garmin Universal Mounting Cradle with Power Cable 010-11143-07 893
WIRING KEY Interior Mirror Connector C0698S
Purple Wire with White Line = Switchable Power
Black Wire = Ground
INSTALL PROCEDURE
1) Open the overhead light console by pulling the front portion, closest to the windshield, down with your fingers.
2) Inside the front upper headliner, follow where the loom for the interior mirror enters the overhead compartment. The dashcam power will run along this loom. Run the USB end of the Garmin Universal Mounting Cradle from the inside of the console through the opening at the leading edge of the headliner out to the windshield alongside the mirror loom.
3) Locate the Mobius ActionCam in the desired position on the windshield (use a tablet connected to the camera to see a live view to aim properly) and connect the USB plug.
4) Inside the console headliner, find the upper portion of the interior mirror loom (see pix)
5) Peel back the insulation revealing the Switchable Power (purple with white line) and the Ground (black) wires (see pix)
6) Locate the Garmin Universal Mounting Cradle in the upper console (use velcro to mount to the inside of the roof).
7) Install a Solderless Wire Quick Splice Connector over the Switchable Power wire (purple with white line) and the red power lead from the Garmin Universal Mounting Cradle into the other opening of the Solderless Wire Quick Splice Connector. Close the splice connector and squeeze with a set of pliers (see pix)
8. Install a Solderless Wire Quick Splice Connector over the Ground wire (black) and the black ground lead from the Garmin Universal Mounting Cradle into the other opening of the Solderless Wire Quick Splice Connector. Close the splice connector and squeeze with a set of pliers (see pix)
9) Power up the car and test the camera. Power down the car. Note that the switchable power remains active for 30 seconds after powering off the car.
10) Dress the wires and close the overhead light console.
That's all there is to it.

We like write-ups with good pictures. : 8)
The connectors provided are notoriously bad, so should they fail just crimp in a better connection. The ground could have gone direct to the chassis ground point in your picture.
