Silly question maybe.. how do I stop my engine from starting

Am migrating down South (Africa) in a couple of weeks to get re-introduced with my D3's after 6 months. I laid them up before my departure and left them on trickle chargers to keep suspension inflated and ECU's "ticking" away.

Anyway, need to bring them both back to life in a gentle way. To do so I want to raise oil pressure before starting the engine - no dry bearings, so how do I crank the engine over without starting - hopefully with one easily accessible connector (cam sensor maybe)?

Thoughts appreciated..
Owning a Discovery 3 is like dating a model.. a firm body and shape, wow.. the ride is fantastic >Very Happy for this your wallet can take a pounding and you worry about being deflated at any time...
