Greenlaning Cornwall
OK chaps, if you see a Atacama Sand D3 with Dutch plates and someone looking lost, driving on the wrong side of the road around St. Ives, it's me.
If anyone has any tips (all off the beaten track) of places to see, or greenlaning within a 150 mile range let me know.RLD Sump Guard

Welcome to Cornwall!
Love to be able to help there, but our green lanes tend to be so narrow and better suited to dirt bikes and those little Japanese things that I can't remember the name of!

On the St Ives to Lands End coast road, turn right at Trewellard, Head for the Levant mine & turn left through the car park just before it. This track (BOAT) runs along the clifftop to Botallack. Stop at the mines at the end, and enjoy the view / walk down to Crowns mine - as recently seen in Poldark.Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!

I found this http://www.bywaymap.com/ site. Think I can see your suggestion. Does anyone know whether the lanes on this site are somewhat reliable?RLD Sump Guard

Do not rely on that site. It's highly inaccurate. Far better to use Trailwise. You have limited access as a guest but GLASS membership gives full access.
